A progress agent is someone who is responsible for overseeing Grano Coffee shop operations for his/her region. The progress agent will conduct monthly employee and shop evaluations and make reports on their findings. The evaluation will entail assessing the efficiency, appearance, friendliness and over all performance of the employees, as well as providing assistance and improvement in customer service and support.  

A Progress Agent is an independent contractor who has an agreement to develop a specified number of Grano Coffee shops within a specified geographic area. The Progress Agent is the first point of contact for new franchises of Grano Coffee. In this capacity,

The progress agent will take care of the following:

The recruitment of new franchise owners

Assistance to franchise owners in the area of site selection

Assistance to franchise owners with lease negotiation

Assistance to franchise owners with construction of the restaurant

Assistance to franchise owners with ongoing operations

As compensation, the Progress Agent will receive a portion of all franchise fees and
     company royalties collected from his/her territory.
