The next step after
receiving the Grano Coffee Franchise Dispatch is a meeting with a
Progress Agent in your area. The Progress Agent is someone who is
responsible for overseeing Grano Coffee shop operations for his/her
region. The PA is your first point of contact as a new or potential
franchise of Grano Coffee.
In your meeting with the
PA, you will discuss Grano Coffee operation standards and go over shop
location availabilities. Also during this period, the various documents
submitted by you will be evaluated to complete formal approval of your
franchise application.
